Continuing from the previous post, I will explain the heart of this game, store management.
This post will focus on running a store.
Cleanliness of the store
When the cleanliness level reaches 0 (the bar goes down to the lowest level), tips are reduced by 50% from the selling price.
Custom Orders
Items ordered by characters and their due dates can be found on the first page of the journal (far left) and on the calendar.
There is also a special container called the “Custom Order Box” on the left side of the counter. If you place an item in this box, the item will not be visible in the layout mode. This box is used to prevent items from being accidentally decorated or sold. However, there are only 16 spaces in the box, so if you receive too many orders, the box will not be able to hold them.

Using Custom Order Box |
Item Category
During open hours, customers request items in ○○ (material/category/size) at the counter, but there is no way to check because the journal is not opened during open hours.
I recommend that you always prepare several items such as Bamboo, which is often requested, but for which there are only a few types or it is difficult to identify them, so that you can easily understand and avoid confusion.
Friendship with characters during open hours
Failed requests, failed custom orders, dissatisfaction with the selection and layout, claims for damage to broken items, zero cleanliness in the store, etc. will not lower your friendliness level with the characters.
Tip
It can be reduced by the store's uncleanliness or by the unique characteristics of the inhabitants. The lower limit is minus (loss), not zero, so you have to pay it.
